Services: The IBPA is an all-volunteer group that promotes the health and vitality of Main Street for the benefit of the surrounding communities. They sponsor several community events, such as the Car Cruise, the Ethnic Festival, the Community Flea Market, the Fall Craft Show and Festival, the Halloween Parade, the Light-Up Night Parade, and the Cookie Tour.
